HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
The delivery time consists of two steps
1) Processing time (within 24 hours)
Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packaging.
Within 24 hours of receipt of the order, it will be checked and approved by our team. As soon as the order is approved in our system, production is commissioned with it.
2) Delivery time (approx. 5-8 working days)
This is the time from our international shipping center to the delivery location. Orders are delivered to Germany with Hermes and to Austria with DPD. Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse, it takes after:
Germany 5-8 working days
Austria 5-8 working days
International 5-15 business days
There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, public holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. Although most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
